grew up in an Evangelical Christian environment, and her engagement in missions began as a teenager. She worked with YWAM in Europe for six years before following the Lord’s calling to Thailand, where she lived for eleven years in a church planting situation. Currently Marie lives in Germany where she and her husband continue to focus on identifying and addressing barriers to breakthrough among SE Asian Buddhists. Other publications include the 2014 Nov/Dec. edition of Mission Frontiers. Marie is an Associate Certified Coach and coaches missionaries to be more effective. She travels frequently to Asia to teach and facilitate gatherings of people who long to see the barrier of religion overcome among Buddhists.
